1:1 Supervision
For coaches, counsellors, and dual-qualified therapeutic-coaches who want to grow their practice with skill, integrity, and sustainability.
Nature of Supervision
Supervision is provided as a professional reflective space to support ethical practice, competence, and practitioner wellbeing. It fulfills 3 functions:
- Normative - standards, ethics and professional responsibility.
- Formative - learning, development and skill-building.
- Restorative - support and sustainability.
Why Supervision Matters
In this work, we hold space for others. We listen deeply, witness courage, and meet complexity head-on. But without the right support, even the most experienced practitioners can feel isolated, drained, or uncertain.
Supervision isn’t just a box to tick. It’s your professional lifeline - a space to:
- Reflect openly on your client work without judgement.
- Strengthen your skills and ethical practice.
- Find clarity in complex or challenging client dynamics.
- Maintain your own wellbeing so you can continue to serve powerfully.
My Approach
I bring over 15 years’ experience as a coach and organisational facilitator and 10 years as a counsellor, alongside training in trauma-informed, holistic, and systemic approaches.
As a supervisor, I offer:
- Calm, attuned presence - creating a safe, reflective space where you can be honest about your challenges and wins.
- Practical insight - drawing on experience across public sector, creative, and entrepreneurial contexts.
- Ethical grounding - ensuring your practice stays aligned with your values and professional standards.
Whether you’re navigating tricky client situations, setting boundaries, or wanting to expand your skills, I’ll walk alongside you with clarity, compassion, and constructive challenge.
Who It’s For
I work with:
- Coaches and counsellors in private practice.
- Coaches-in-training who need evidence for their qualification(s).
- Supervisors looking for meta-supervision.
This is especially valuable if you want supervision that honours both the human and the practitioner, recognising that the two are always intertwined.
What You’ll Get
- Supervisory support via Zoom or phone.
- Space to review client work, private practice development, reflect on patterns, and explore ethical dilemmas.
- Support for both professional growth and personal resilience.
- Support to help ensure defensible decision-making.
- Optional between-session email to give brief updates or ask dilemma questions that can't easily wait.
Responsibility and Scope
Supervision supports reflective capacity and professional judgement.
Supervises have autonomy over what they choose to do following supervision. Ultimately, supervisees remain responsible for their professional decisions, their practice and their personal wellbeing.
